1. About GoSailor

GoSailor.in ("GoSailor", "we", "us", "our") is a flight meta-search engine operated from Hyderabad, India. By accessing or using GoSailor.in, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Nature of Service

GoSailor provides a platform that aggregates and displays flight price information from third-party airlines and online travel agencies. We act as an intermediary search engine, not as a travel agent, booking platform, or airline.

What we do:

• Search and compare flight prices from multiple sources
• Display results and redirect you to booking partners
• Provide travel guides and information

What we do not do:

• Sell or issue flight tickets
• Process payments for flights
• Hold or manage your booking reservation
• Provide customer service for bookings made via partner sites
• Guarantee any price displayed on our platform

3. Booking Responsibility

When you click through from GoSailor to a partner airline or travel agency, you leave our platform. Your booking is governed entirely by the terms and conditions of that third-party provider.

GoSailor is not responsible for:

• Price changes between the time you see results on GoSailor and when you complete the booking
• Errors in pricing displayed by third-party providers
• Flight cancellations, delays, or schedule changes
• Refund or cancellation policies of airlines or travel agencies
• Lost baggage, denied boarding, or other travel disruptions
• The accuracy of information provided by third-party booking partners

For any issues with a booking, contact the airline or travel agency directly where the booking was made.

4. Price Accuracy

Flight prices displayed on GoSailor are sourced in real time from our partners and are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices may vary based on availability, demand, currency fluctuations, and the booking provider's own pricing policies.

GoSailor does not guarantee that prices displayed on our platform will be available at the time of booking. Always verify the final price on the booking provider's website before completing your purchase.

5. User Accounts

You may optionally create an account on GoSailor to save searches and set price alerts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. GoSailor is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@gosailor.in.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on GoSailor.in, including text, graphics, logos, and travel guides, is the property of GoSailor or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoSailor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on prices displayed, inability to complete a booking, or travel disruptions.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian rupees).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GoSailor after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
